Please forgive the recording quality; I wanted to keep the file size down. Also, I'm not exactly Frank Sinatra or Yossele Rosenblatt...

Shabbat & Havdala Songs

Melodies by yours truly:

Some traditional melodies that I think should be more widely known:

Songs for a Zeved Habat (celebration on the birth of a daughter)

Lyrics by yours truly, written for and dedicated to my daughters, Shalhevet Hadar and Hilá Tiferet
Note regarding pronounciation of Divine names in religious songs: Halakhic opinion is divided whether or not it is proper to pronounce Divine names in zemirot and other "semi-liturgical" songs, when sung in their natural context (e.g., at the Sabbath table). I personally follow those who permit, as the authors seem clearly to have intended thus by their rhyme and rhythm schemes, but when making these recordings I used the common "nicknames", as (clearly) I did not record them in their "liturgical" contexts.
